The answer to the question you are asking
Because it is called Tin Roof. And my mom's favorite kind of ice cream is (or at least used to be) the Tin Roof flavor of Blue Bell. And they'd only have it in the summer time and we'd search for it during all of our midnight Saturday grocery trips to Kroger. Good times. I like ice cream.

Wow. I don't remember the last time I had Tin Roof ice cream. Come to think of it, I don't remember the last time I had ANY Bluebell ice cream. Ice cream hurts my sensitive teeth now. And my waistline. I hate getting old...
So...I would really like to hear the engagement story from your point of view. I hear you tell it better. :)
